We make tech dives all year round and even almost every day, but it is always more fun when there are like-minded people around, a team, who get their kicks from diving deep, diving to wrecks and in caves. There is always something to talk about, share experience, discuss and just enjoy diving in a good company.
As usual, we will be making daily dives - a boat to make return trips to Bolshiye Koty and Circum Baikal Railway grand walls and canyons. In Listvyanka we can make practice dives up to 100 metres deep. It has also become a tradition that during the tech week one can upgrade their diver and instructor qualifications from Nitrox to Trimix levels. The courses are delivered by Trimix Instructor IANTD Tatiana Oparina and Trimix Instructor Trainer TDI/SDI, IANTD & CMAS Gennady Misan.
In the framework of the tech week Gennady Misan and Tatiana Oparina are giving master classes in cold water deep diving. The master classes are either for back-mount or side-mount configuration.
For those practicing side-mount - there are 10 and 12 Litres tanks available for mounting on the side. For those opting for a traditional configuration - twin tanks. Surely, stages, Oxygen, Nitrox, small tanks for inflation are available for everybody.
The number of tech week participants is unlimited, but better book in advance. We need to know how many twin tanks - stages, Helium, Oxygen are to be prepared in advance, how much sofnolime. Besides, this is high season and many hotels, including the most expensive/the cheapest ones are being booked right now.
Diving conditions: on the surface - summer time, quite warm, often hot; the water closer to the surface gets as warm as +7+100 С, under the thermocline +4. Good visibility, decompression procedures in warmer water.
