Main Areas: Circum-Baikal Railway, Bolshiye Koty, East Olkhon
Extreme vs comfort. For those who value severe beauty. Floating chunks of ice, possible icing of the boat. The air temperature can drop as low as -30 Celsius. If you opt for a 6 days safari, we are very likely to see lots of ice in the Strait of Olkhonskiye Vorota (Olkhon Gates). All these features make you feel as if you are on a polar safari. The water temperature is still warmer than in June, about +4+2 Celsius. As a rule, perfect visibility (40-50 m). The boat is equipped to create comfortable conditions for diving - warm room to let the equipment get dry, comfortable warm cabins, a sauna. A unique opportunity to jump into the winter waters of the Baikal right after a hot sauna (without your scuba, naturally :-)).

Saloon of ship “Valeriya” is swaying quietly on the Baikal’s waves; the thoughts start moving quicker through the head hurried by the sound of the motor, and outside the illuminator there is only indescribable beauty.
